Dan, regarding your question about the Ragan webinar -- I believe it's available for purchase via their website. Originally they were going to have it available for download for 30 days after the live event, and then they determined they had hosting issues, or something along those lines, so they shipped us 2 dvds.
If my memory serves me correctly, Shel Israel had a slide that noted you as a place to connect to others in health care communication. - Sandra
