Thanks for the comment, Mark. One of the goals of these broadcast specials is to position CHLA has the place in the LA area that deals with the most severe and difficult cases. Highlighting the rigorous training of the nurses (which is seen in more detail in full segment ~ 10 minutes) demonstrates the quality and clinical experience of staff beyond just the physicians. This particular segment (part of an hour long special) can also be used a recruitment video for the RN residency program.

Great piece. I don't know how "quality of care" or "clinician excellence" plays into the CHLA brand positioning
(?), but it is a very nice PR clip that carves out those equities as differentiation. Good to know.
